The coordination package with Storybook Weddings and Events will include the following:
- Vendor referrals.
- Oversee and confirm all vendors’ contracts, deliveries/pick ups, quantities, and duties.
- Ensure caterer is properly serving and setting all china, linen and food.
- Personalized Itinerary-Work personally with a DJ and photographer and create an itinerary to assure that everything runs smoothly and exceeds your standards.
- Site/floor plan.
- Personalized ceremony lineup.
- Grand Entrance line up.
- Personal service to bride, groom, bridal party and family.
- Project manage entire event and all vendors. Greet and manage all vendors into their proper locations for set up.
- Package all gifts and memorabilia and deliver to car (Storybook Weddings is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gifts)
- Arrange for any shuttle pick ups or drop offs
- Arrange orders for all linen, china, tent, chairs, tables and any other unconfirmed vendors to ensure appropriate quantities and such.
- Review all orders to make sure you have proper contracts and arrangements for your special event.
- Set out all favors, place cards and basic decor ( that you provide ) such as centerpieces, cake table, guest book table, gift table etc.
- Break down and clean up centers or décor.
- Unlimited email, phone and text correspondence 2 weeks prior to wedding date.
- Contact all vendors 4 weeks prior to event date.
- Guidance in creation and theme design.
- Rehearsal coordination.
- Ceremony coordination.
- Reception coordination.
- 1 coordinator.
Ceremony and reception time is for a maximum of 8 hours. Time starts 2 hours prior to ceremony time. Event must be within 60 miles of Temecula, CA. or travel fees may apply. 150 guest maximum.
